Utility ratios really need to be looked into, or even better REMOVED
It's not fun having to share a resource with damage dealers because that forces that champion to have crappy ratios as well as all support AP items to have pathetic AP values on them because midlaners would abuse them.

Aeolian Melodies1 votesSona's W and E are actually utter shit post-laning phase if you didn't build a good amount of AP to enhance them.
AP support Janna used to be quite strong but they nerfed her heal ratio (meanwhile a duelist does better 
) so it's not as good but the increased shield, AD and heal does get noticeable.
Lulu ACTUALLY only gets played mid because her utility scales decently enough with AP that she is worth losing damage in your team comp.

Exiled Doll1 votesIt'd be cumbersome if not downright unfeasible to add, but it would be great if Riot tried a third scaling type mainly for supports and utility ratios. Like Ardent Censer being given 100 SP(supportive power) in addition to its 50 AP, and Sona's W scaled with AP as well as SP, or only SP. It'd be one way to avoid midlaner abuse on what should be items for poke supports.
