Getting out of 4v5 and 2v3 games faster

something like this NEEDS to be added to league. If someone disconnects after the remake time (3 minutes) then your team is just screwed, why can't we FF if they player doesn't reconnect within 3 minutes after they quit? I Don't care if it counts as a lose, I want to be out of the game that is going to be a lose anyways, might as well save me 10-15 minutes by being able to surrender early if someone disconnects or quits and doesn't reconnect within 3 minutes.

Do you agree something like this should be added? That if a teammate disconnects or quits then doesn't reconnect within 3 minutes then your team can surrender early if everyone agrees to the surrender vote
