Swain need tweaks

In this meta Swain has just one build without any alternate options. He MUST build RoA first. If he don't get it he won't be able to do anything! And before RoA he can farm only with his AA! I think this is rediculous, he needs to get improved stats, may be in exchange for some power or something else.

Else this meta is not best for Swain - in previous season he was much stronger.

Maybe you should get better at last-hitting with AAs as Swain? The harass from his DOT spells and some skill in landing his snare seems enough for me.

Meanwhile, Swain mains be dominating solo queue like it's League on Easy Mode.
