Why do I feel like Caitlyn is going to be insanely broken again

Riot please forgive me with your infinite wisdom but....

I understand why you lowered her base HP to 450 to make her choose between scaling HP/HP yellows/Armor seals, except for the fact that any Caitlyn can buy an extra and still bully tf out of their laner after 1 back while scaling into a late game hyper carry.

The difference between an actual lane bully like and is that Draven doesn't get 650 AA range, hard CC, a Dash, free AoE waveclear before shiv, and a point and click sniper ultimate with insane AD Scaling. Caitlyn does it all(heh).

Draven gets punished extremely hard for bad positioning later in the game, while Caitlyn is just gonna go back to being an untouchable crit machine because guess what? She's hiding behind a Thresh, Maokai, and Sejuani.. and by the time you get by those 3, she will just trap and dash/slow you to death anyways lmao.

she will be punished hard early game with the HP nerfs... her damage is bad early and by being so squishy it would be easier to all in her and put her behind, once cait is behind in lane she is done...

Of course she will be able to bully people out of her lane. That's all she does.

They are giving her some of her damage back, but the HP nerf is really harsh. And if you didn't know: Buying a second Doran's puts you behind. You can't just buy one and your problems are gone. You are going to be put behind by building it, which is terrible for a champion that is supposed to try and not become irrelevant midgame.

The nerf to her traps is massive as well. Sure, it'll deal more damage but they won't last forever anymore until maxed, and even then it's not as long. Sooo much of her power came from simply zoning people off for 90 seconds for no cost at all.-

A lot of champions buy multiple starting items and scale up just fine so what are you talking about? Cassiopeia with corrupting pot/dark seal, singed with multiple dark seals, old top laners with multiple doran's rings, mages with multiple doran's rings... It doesn't set her behind.... she still scales up perfectly fine it just delays full item purchases by a whopping..... 450 gold.

Caitlyn won't be broken as long as hypercarries are meta because she doesn't perform well against tanks comparatively, and as long as the meta supports things like KogMaw and Twitch there is no reason to play Caitlyn over them.
