So...how do I win a match again?

Wow. I haven't had such a terrible win/loss ratio before. I don't understand what's happening. I know it's INSANELY DIFFICULT for me to adapt to the preseason, but something about this feels completely off. How do you even win matches anymore?

Snowballing feels so terrible, that surrendering seems like the best option every time. If our carry gets fed, the other team usually has NO chance in fighting us. The same if their carry gets fed as well. A lot of my wins this pre season have been SOLELY on enemy teams surrendering immediately after one of us got fed before 20 minutes.

I just...don't understand anything in this game anymore. It feels like I stepped into an entirely different moba....
