What about giving Fiora what is essentially Poppy's ult, and give Poppy a new one?

This is just a thought I had, but what about giving Fiora Poppy's ultimate, replacing her current one?

Currently there is a lot of hate for Fiora's current ult, which is understandable given the damage and immunity it gives her, and I think that as a "Duelist" it might be more fitting if Fiora had something like Poppy's ult due to her duelist background and playstyle.

The thing is They want to remove Poppy's ult from the game. There is no counter play to it and it would only make a champion like Fiora perma banned
