Hmmk, that's still terrifying though, the fact that he procs those two effects for 10s straight.

I say whats more scary is the fact he was able to actually buy those two items and not get punished.

it isn't really that great though because you want to be killing the enemy you ult, and Liandry's burn becomes totally inconsequential as they get low. Having an extra 100 more AP instead of the burn does more damage more reliably with his ult.

Apparently though building more like a bruiser is in right now, so maybe Liandry's mpen and burn is worth it in a low AP build.
