Please do something about Galio ult..
Please let me use it without my team.
Its frustrating having such a powerful ultimate unusable 99% of the time because your team still doesn't understand how it works.

Nah, having played against it and with it on a few teams its fine the way it is. Basically is a less global but more offensive/counter-engage shen ult (rather than shield you have the aoe CC). It is a tool to punish hard engages in teamfights/all ins from assassins, it is a re-engage tool.
If they changed the must target allies condition it would have to be nerfed to a decent extent, to be either more like malphite ult or amumu ult (Nerf the size of the hitbox, or nerf the engage range), because it would be an utterly stupid engage tool, imagine a galio leaping into your team in the baron pit then the follow up from his team, Ace city.
