7 LP Win

In a ranked game I did last night, my team and I won, but I was only awarded 7 LP. Every other game I've played in the pre-season and won I've been awarded over 20 LP. Even after losing two games in a row, I won a separate game (was the match before the one I'm posting about), and I believe I was also awarded more than 20 LP. So what gives? Why am I going to spend 40 minutes in a game full of toxic players who refuse to cooperate only to be given 7 LP? Not that this particular team was bad (I actually was bad that game), but just generally speaking.

I noticed ranked yesterday was disabled after I finished the game. Does that have anything to do with it?
