Champion Select Bug

I've been dealing with this enough to make a thread about it after losing LP several times from this bug. Seriousl, Riot, fix "Retrieving Data From Server" bug when champ select comes up. Nothing pisses me off more when I lose LP without even getting the chance to play and then going on a timer because your servers/ client are terrible.
