Stops Loading

So, earlier this morning I had gone into a ranked game and for some reason I stopped loading at 78%. I had ended the process tree for League three different times because each time it kept stopping at 78%. Needless to say, I never got into my game, and now because of this I have been put in low priority queue for 5 games (20 minute wait times). This is the second time this season I have been punished with low priority queues because of client issues. I swear to fucking God, if I continue having these problems that are on fault of the client and am increasingly punished for it, I'm going to leave. It's ridiculous that patch after patch there are issues. I've dealt with not being able to pick champs in champ select, being stuck in champ select after the game has already started, being unable to chat in games, ect, and now this.

It's a little fucking ridiculous that this is happening. I know that it's not my system because this is a gaming PC and this is the first time that I've ever had this issue, and it occurred three separate times for the first time that I can recall, this morning. I guess maybe if it happens again while I'm in low priority I'll just get banned, but I won't know until I actually get to try and load a game.

EDIT: I just went into another game and it stopped loading again. I had to end the process tree, and this time it DID load, but it took its sweet time doing it.
