Is the strength of junglers going to be addressed at all this next season?

Junglers single handly decide the meta, all competitive pro picks are based on junglers. Junglers are just WAY too strong early/mid game. Most champions are not viable solely due to the fact that they cannot survive a 2 v 1 turret dive at LEVEL 3.
