Darius needs 345 movespeed

He's slow as fuck, one of the easiest champs to kite in game, if he gets in range of you as a ranged champ you either suck at positioning, or were cc'd for more than 2 seconds for him to walk his slow ass to you.

Please elaborate. How is being able to kite him not a meaningful weakness to balance his strengths: Damage with CC, a superior DoT, and free Armor pen?

Darius has a slow, he has a grab, there are movement speed quints, movement speed masteries, trinity force the item which is really good on him, Righteous glory etc. He has plenty of ways of reaching his targets and doesn't need any more. All this change would do is make him more oppressive in lane where he's really strong already.

I think he's in a pretty good spot. You can't give somebody with a true damage ultimate that has reset mechanics too much mobility or speed.
