New releases have to be op?

When rito brings out a new champ/ major rework its definetly going to be TOTALLY OVERTUNED at first recent op releases: Leblanc Camille Khazix Rengar /Gangplank Mordekaiser Ekko Skarner <- a little bit older but also extremly op at release if you still remember.

I can understand the idea of "giving something new attention by making it op", but i dont like it. These new champ/reworks will be banned almost all the time so you can only play them in normal games. Moreover I dont like learning a new champion, knowing that the nerf is only a matter of time. And its like a gamble where you hope that the new release doesn't become total garbage after the nerfes (like lb or mordekaiser)

If a champ is relatively strong to start, players will get a relative feel for the champion more quickly. Which gives Riot more data about how the champion is being played, an if said champion needs to be toned down, they can do it in areas that will ideally remove any Oppressive power, without breaking them.

Conversely, If you release a champion who appears to be weak, it will have a lower play rate, and the people picking them up will struggle to find a good build. So Riot Ends up with less data to try and buff them, which could end up in a buff that overshoots the mark, or introduces an Oppressive mechanic. (Basically, Riot is trying to avoid a scenario where one buff needs to be followed by three nerfs)

Ivern, Taliyah, Kled, Talon, Akali, etc.

You can just look at the OP releases and act like Riot releases everything OP when it first comes out, or you could actually use your brain. Your choice.

Riot does tend to release champions in a more powerful than average state, then dials back their power as the players start to adjust and they get a better sense of where they are over-preforming and such.

The problem however, is when you release a champion/rework in a state that they are OP, but the only reason which they are viable is because their only gimmick is OP, and as riot starts to dial back that gimmick they fail to function as riot envisioned... Malzahar

Then what do you do? Revert them? KogMaw Nerf them until they're a non-issue? Azir Just buff everyone around them, forcing them out of their only viable position? Skarner

Or, if they're flashy enough to let shoutcasters scream at their LC$BIGPLAYZ, just leaving them in the state that they're in and basically just telling players to deal with it. Rengar Yasuo LeeSin Khazix Not to say all of these champion are OP, but they sure as hell aren't in a healthy state for the game.
