Literally every single immobile champion is unplayable right now?

Ok let's take a look at the highest winrate champions on op.gg: https://imgur.com/a/lqQCJ7T We can see that only 11 out of the top 15 have no dash/blink in their kit (and i did count aurelions sol e as a dash). This only shows how unviable immobile champions currently are. This is an all-time low, immobile champions have never been this terrible before.

Next up let's analyse some gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DAQeWkb4Sk

Here we can see a soraka face-checking the unwarded baron area with her team in no position to start a fight. -This was 100% the right macro decision to make here. -Her positioning was flawless. Depite her perfect play she still dies, because how terribly out of position she is she doesn't have a dash in her kit to escape from this situation. This footage proofs, that no matter how perfect you play on an immobile champion, you'll still die against mobile champions all the time.

Suggestion for future balance changes: The damage and healing of all immobile champions should be doubled, to compensate for the incapabiltiy of players to position themself properly their inherent weakness in their kit to not have a dash.

I know the golden rule of mobility-rant-posters to never argue based on statistical evidence/data and only on their intuition and personal experience instead. We all know that the intuition and personal experience of these highly intellectual beeings is far more accurate than all the other useless stuff. Sadly I'm neither smart enough nor good enough at the game to rely on my intuition or feelings, that's why I had to resort to statistical data and other evidence...

Let's come to the final part of this argument. This is also the most well constructed part in all the other mobility arguments presented on the gameplay-boards. The following will irrefutably proof the point I'm trying to make about immobile champions: Yasuo Akali Fizz Zed Ahri Leblanc Katarina

I think the complaint is that you can make a mistake like that Soraka and still survive if you are very mobile.

But.. what if you just dont make the mistake https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/001/256/183/9d5.png

Nani the fuck, when did Morde reach 53% winrate lmao

The damage and healing of all immobile champions should be doubled

That's an exaggeration, but I agree that immobile champions should have better defensive capabilities.

Just asking a question, so please don't jump at my throat. Isn't the playrate of a champion relevant when talking about winrates?

Ahri and Graves are the only ones with high winrate/playrate and they have dashes. Also the champs at the bottom have a much higher skillcap and playrate so their winrate will always be around 50% 51% if not they're broken.

All the champs in the list have a simple kit, (maybe not Aurelion) low playrates and maybe dedicated mains who are winning a lot.

Jinzo Torrance8/27/2018, 6:45:18 PM6 votes

All examples are below 5% playrate except 2, lmao [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Gameplay+ worthy imo, just need to type a bit more nonsense so the post will look like it took some effort to make

Akali is SO HOT8/27/2018, 4:06:01 PM6 votes

Yeah Zilean needs massive buffs asap

Let's throw regular winrate out the window and look at highest winrates by mains.

The top 15 champions would then be.

Taliyah Graves Jhin Jax Draven AurelionSol Pyke Rengar Rammus Yasuo Talon Camille Irelia Pantheon Taric

10/15 Have dashes, the rest also have enough tools to chase down/kite enemies.

I know this post is sarcastic but still, what people hate or rather envy, depending on how you look at it, is that mobile champs can easily undo their positional mistakes.

Bârd8/27/2018, 10:56:57 PM4 votes

I mean, "not having a dash" doesn't make you immobile. Speed boosts count as mobility too, and most of the champions on that list have a speed boost.

I still agree, immobile champions aren't inherently weak, but I had to point that out.

Aurelion Sol's E isn't a dash lol. It's more like a...taxi? I wouldnt count him as immobile in any means though. He lacks a true escape, but is very mobile.

Koechophe8/27/2018, 11:58:25 PM3 votes

It's a bit unfair to say that 11 of those champs are "imobile". Cassiopeia Is immobile Sion Has a long-range dash/engage in ult AurelionSol Has a huge out of combat movespeed boost Rammus Has a massive movespeed boost Mordekaiser Is immobile (But playrate stats balance out his winrate stats) Karthus Is immobile Ahri Has 3 dashes on her ult Alistar Has a gapcloser + Free cleanse Udyr Has a massive movespeed boost Malzahar Is immobile Yorick Is immobile Zilean Has (practically 2) movespeed boosts Graves Has a dash Draven Has a movespeed boost Heimerdinger Is immobile

So I count 6 immobile champs. And of those: Casseopia is a hard-counter to mobility, which is what makes her so effective Karthus is always a powerful pick because he's useful in teamfights after death and has cross-map damage Malz has a free Banshees which can often get him out of ganks and assassinations Yorick is a juggernaut. No one's ever complained about them Heim is flat out zone control.

You're not addressing the champs people are complaining about with not being mobile. Anivia Annie Teemo Velkoz Xerath Ziggs Brand Ashe and more

I only see five where do you see 11?

RyzeTheSmurfMage8/27/2018, 6:35:24 PM3 votes

Tbh if Soraka had a dash he could have escaped even after playing like sh** So there would have been no consequences.

I love this post, great job OP! These anti assassins anti mobility circlejerkers on boards are too busy with complaining to see their flaws.

BrightWîngs8/27/2018, 3:54:07 PM2 votes

yeah its really hard to play if you play something that has no ways of moving effectively

TuckingFypoTsu8/27/2018, 7:06:58 PM2 votes

I hate when people use morde's adc winrate as an arguement because it's all otps that duo q with blitz/leona otps. Literally any bruiser/adc is good bot with a blitz/leona otp. Not all morde bot players duo but most of them do and because of his low playrate, they affect his winrate the most. If your champ is viablo only through duoing with specific mains, then it isn't good.

.t Mordekaiser Top otp

G+ material right there.

I have never agreed with most of those posts about assasins being op or that mobile champions are the most broken, but this post... It is just a manipulation on an extreme level and I am just sad people still upvote things like that.
