Why not make only 2 first bans simultaneous, and keep the rest is it now?

Or what they can do is Team A 1 ban. Team B 2 bans simultaneous. Obviously the first person on the team banning out a character will lock the second person from banning the same character. Back to Team A for two, Back to Team B for two, Back to team A for two, Back to team B for one. That wouldn't take much more time than it does now.
