why does talon run as slow as an elder?

i know the rework has been out for time now, but seriously ,without item 3009 or item 3117 he runs as slow as slowest mage

just because he has parkour copy paste skill with 100+ cd per wall doesnt mean he has to run so slow

E feels wasted skills spot, especially when it buggs and you auto stuns yourself while attempting to parkour over wall/turret

no passive

maybe it could give 2-10% ms or 3-15 % bonus ad

Cant have the best of both worlds.

He has wall jump, a gap closing ability, a ability that slows enemies as well as can go invisible with ult.

No reason he should have any more movement speed.
