Alistar's utility is CC, and with his ulti he briefly becomes tanky as fuck.

That's about it. His CC is already gated in that he has to charge E in range, and that he has to use two skills to catch someone from range.

The utility provided by his passive is.. marginal at best. It doesn't do much healing, and is extraordinarily contextual.

Alistar is strong and what he does, but all he does is 'go ham' and peel. He cannot shield, poke, catch (from long ranges), or buff his team. The ONLY thing he does is lock down and absorb damage; it's fine that he's pretty good at that.

My biggest concern is that stun after the knock up, lasts 0.5sec and shouldn't be there. This is what makes him broken imo (setting-up his other E stun way too easily)

And his cancerous R obviously.

Wait what? Alistar has barely 50% winrate. And hell what do you think needs to be nerfed on him? Unless you are referring to his damage.

"i want steak for dinner."

Yeah me too ;l

Going back on the subject, yeah I agree it doesn't help that his W: Headbutt is a point to click ability causing to create a lot of pressure in lane.

Well, do you vote on giving him damage in exchange for some of that utility?

He should have utility let's be honest.

But his damage and stats with aftershock on top haven't been touched and his lvl 2-3-5 damage all ins are on the level of brand combos for a tank champion.
