Brand mid could use some love

I know his a primary support but if Lux support gets buffed even though shes primary a mid laner then asking for some buffs targeted at mid shouldn't be too much of an issue specially since according to u.gg, his win rate is less than 50% in mid. Personally I would love better wave clear or mana refund since this would probably not have a big impact on support brand but knowing his not a very popular champion in general, I'd be glad to see any sort of improvement.
