Same with redemption olaf. J4 has only 1 ap scaling and will end up blowing up every fight. Olaf has no utility for his team so heal and shield power doesn't work.
Timethief492 votesJ4 can be a very interuptive Support with His ult. Buying a zhonyas allows him to surivive despite jumping into the enemy Team. The ap allows for inlane poke. Olaf has a Lot of healing in His Kit. Redemption enhances all of this healing while also giving His Team something from it. He has great base stats which is why He can easily get away with buying redemption. Feel free to Report it, but the Report wont do anything. Propicks are sometimes niche and seem weird, but its Not Like they dont think about them. They get payed for doing so afterall.

Except j4 will better off be building tanky rather than ap if he wants to survive when diving.

he is tanky , his E Q combo is great for all ins/ganks his ult can lock down a target
just cuz you dont like it dont mean its reportable
