Why low elo players get annoyed with playing in low elo
There are lots of variables so I am not even going to get into that. Obviously since there are so many players in low elo there are skill variances that can be annoying or at least knowledge levels change. But I think the two main things that make people in low elo frustrated is how low elo is perceived and treated by high elo players and just the limited experience you can gain by playing in low elo.

There are lots of streamers and or high elo players who talk on these board or reddit or wherever and how bad low elo players. Now on one hand their not wrong. Compared to challenger/master players most people who play this game know less and are worse than them. But what we all need to realize is there are two sides to every story. Just because most of us are not challenger/master or diamond doesn't mean we are less human. A lot of us just don't care to try and learn the game that in depth or have the time. At the same time, most of us need to realize a lot of the stuff we complain about is because we lack so much knowledge about the game and it obviously gets frustrating for high elo players hearing us cry about how OP a champion is when we just don't know how to build and play against it. So I think as a community we all just need to chill out and start supporting each other more. HIgh elo players need to stop shitting on low elo players for knowing less about the game and encouraging them to try and learn more. Low elo players need to stop judging streamers and calling them bad when they make a mistake when they are many more times better than us. Sadly it won't happen, but if we all could just chill out and show some love it would really make games go smoother and we would all benefit.

Kind of backing off point 1. Since the high elo community makes fun of say "silver" so much its hard when your in silver to take games seriously. So when you lose its hard to recognize when you get out played or when the enemy does something good because its in everyone's brain "silver is shit everyone sucks". Same can be said about all elos though I suppose depending on the player. This is where self reflection really becomes important and is what separates those players who can climb the ladder from those who get stuck. But the other part people need to realize and is my point #2 that when you constantly play XXX level of player then its hard to learn or see what else you need to learn.
Example: I started maining jungle last season because I knew it was a really important role and that if I could succeed in it I would have a better chance to consistently win games. Well I learned more about jungling and started gaining confidence. I knew there was tons didn't know but... being in silver and up to mid gold it didn't matter because the enemy jungle knew as much or less than me. So I would say until around gold 3 I would out perform enemy jungler more than they would me which allowed me to rank up to that rank. Now... did I know everything about jungling? O fuck no. But did I get punished for not knowing? Nope. And that's where playing higher level players really can be beneficial. It wasn't until I started playing plat junglers that I started to lose my confidence and started to get punished for knowing less than them. This whole idea of knowing where enemy jungler is, or changing up jungle routes was new to me. I just ignored it because everyone was so damn predictable in my previous games that I didn't need to adjust or account as much for these things. But once I started facing this knew knowledge and consistently being punished for not knowing it as well I started losing more games and was unable to rank up. Now I had two options. Increase my jungle knowledge in hopes of getting good enough to climb the ladder higher. 2. Run and hide like a little bitch. Well... I totally chose option 2 hahaha and switched to playing adc.
Example #2. So when I switched to adc I was doing ok... definitely wasn't the best but I found some footing playing
adc (as any great adc player would hehe). Although I had terrible mechanics and lacked a lot of essential adc knowledge I was able to hold my own in mid gold mainly because MF ult amazing and I wasn't being punished by the enemy for my lack of knowledge. Then came the
who opened my eyes to power spikes and match ups. The game started as normal a little trading by supports and adcs in bot lane. Think each of us got some kills. But then this player got like 1-2 items and I went bot to clear the wave. I wasn't worried because it was just me and them and figured "meh we just both going to cs nothing to worry about". Apparently that's how my low elo brain thinks along with the many other players I have played with or against over the years. Well
had something different in mind. He all inned me and boy did I get wrecked. I just sat there looking at my screen speechless. I just felt so dumb not realizing it was going to happen and also so confused why people didn't do that more often. And that's where I learned I don't know shit about match ups or power spikes or really anything about adc lol.
So to summarize. I think the fact that a lot of us perceive low elo as "not good" really put ourselves up for failure because we don't try to recognize our mistakes just our teammates and then enemies. Which it's good to recognize the enemy mistakes to take advantage of them but this leads more into the lack of knowledge overall. Knowledge is power in this game. Yes... great mechanics help but honestly many a high elo player have said you can reach diamond with having shit mechanics. You just need the game knowledge. The lacking of knowledge in low elo makes it difficult to realize how many mistakes we actually make and makes it a slower process to get better since the level of competition is lower. Which is why you need to do your own research, watch high elo replays, read guides, get coaching help, get advice from a high elo player or friend. If you really care about ranking up anything you can do to increase your game knowledge will help you achieve the rank you want and make the climb easier. But it definitely can get annoying when you are always playing people the same level as you not realizing how many mistake they make you can take advantage of because you are not being punished for making those same mistakes.
