Can you please explain what you're trying to do with Udyr, and where you think these nerfs will leave him. I believe going pheonix is now unviable in every situation. Also why didn't you just reduce pheonix damage vs monster, or hit his bear stance to make the Udyr decide whether they want tankiness with turtle or mobility with bear, ultimately scaling to the current 6.6 values, maybe compensating Udyr's late game damage because he does very little damage already late game with pheonix.
