I don't even know where you're coming from to be honest... Kha'zix feels insanely strong right now. Like ban-worthy strong. His latest buffs have put him up to a top tier pick. His win rate doesn't quite show it since he's difficult to play, but he's definitely very strong right now.

Rengar on the other hand... I mean stand on top of your squishies and he's useless...

People misuse the Hell of out Rengar. Kha'Zix is a feast-or-famine assassin with a linear, static build. Stand near your allies and his burst plummits. Rengar's stays the same.

Rengar is better bruiser, has a better fallback pattern, farms faster, and frankly scales better.

His latest buffs have put him up to a top tier pick.

His latest buffs made him a top tier pick? You know his last buff only reduced his cooldown's by a few seconds to help his clear speeds...his actual assassin qualities were left untouched.

Kha is actually fairly easy to play, especially when compared to Rengar. His most difficult quality is just knowing which abilities to evolve, Meanwhile Rengar has his E that riot screwed up, his ult giving people the notice when he's ganking, and his overall assassin kit being nerfed in several abilities (while Kha wasn't changed).

Imo Rengo is better than Kha on paper, but in game Kha sees more success. In a 1v1 Rengo should almost always win though
