Like honestly he's not fair. Insane damage, insane sustain with his new meta build, is the retarded tank shredder again like before he was nerfed. Please nerf him Riot.

On hit builds have always been good, but only a few people can use them. Its not that Kog got broken again, But all other adc's besides Jhin Varus and Mf haven't been shining lately, and kog can beat them.

On hit builds are usually mixed damage, which is harder to itemize against.

BUUT only a few champs can pull them off Like KogMaw MasterYi TwistedFate Kennen

Did he run Gunblade? Because he doesn't get enough lifesteal with Bork to have 'insane sustain'.

He's getting abused by a lot of scripters, which is inflating the w/r. I don't think that he that strong compared to the other ADC's unless he has the right supp (Lulu). Just crush him in lane before he gets his item spikes and becomes a late game monster like vayne

umm not new nor meta. you just have not seen the power of on hit builds. I do the samething on varus and it works, the same as kog if not better. Step 1 get rageblade, step 2 get runaans, step 3, nashors(cdr), step 4 blade of the ruined king, and watch you smash people. This build is funnier on sivir
