@Riot Quick question, How does Last Stand work on after death passives?

I've been perusing throught the /R/Karthusmains Discord and someone brought up the idea of using Last Stand on Karthus since it counts (technically) as having no health. which means Karthus (or anyone else with an After-death passive I suppose except maybe Sion) gets an additional 12% bonus damage tacked on.

Just checking if this would mean if I get 12% bonus damage if I ult with Karthus passive on :P
