Not really a broken champion...The mindset/brains of silver elo players is truly what's broken. we can break it down easily.

There are things called wards. They give vision.

You kill the enemy without killing yourself. Easy, right?

Tahm is weak if you force him to waste his shield so he cannot regen the health he's lost. TO EASILY BEAT TAHM, JUST MAKE HIM USE THE SHIELD. It's NOT hard.

Pretty much. It burns out quickly even if you continue focusing him. But it's much better than letting him regenerate half of that naturally back, really. Just punish him for protecting his carry whenever he eats them by destroying his health. He has to get close to do it.
