Go watch any competitive game, tanks are runing the games.

Ratpie1 votesSelective nerfs maybe. Not all ADCs are a problem. There are a select few that are stupid strong every since the rune change, especially since you can't start with armor runes anymore. Less mitigation early in the game leads to ADCs just going ham on you too fast.
