Despite how OP transformed Kayn is (not original Kayn)

He certainly does feel like dog-shit to play right now, this is coming from somebody who pretty much mains Kayn atm.

Takes 12-16 minutes to transform, on bad games 20 minutes. Game surrenders at 20 minutes or 30 minutes - practically never at 35+ minutes does a game even exist.

If you're going to completely Overwatch / HOTS your "LoL" game then maybe make it so that champions who do scale well later on, can actually get to that point with reasonable time to enjoy themselves. At the moment, Kayn is defeated by:

Talon Zed Rengar Khazix

Throughout the current early, mid, late game (10 mins is early game, 15 minutes is now the mid-game and 20-25 minutes is pretty much the late game.) Kayn is outright bested by these guys and have already won the game because of Kayns lack of strength early on.

Everyone chooses Darkin lol, you can tell he will gank top or bot for the melee champs.

I choose Assassin 90% of the time.

The point still stands with Darkin though - It's sub-optimal to choose him because he takes so much time just to get going. You'd be better off choosing somebody who has a higher win-rate early on but falls off of a cliff later, like, every tank does pretty much.

Blade's Reach is sickly strong. Rhaast's cc makes him a better pick for killing tanks, folks still build lots of lethality and health. Most average games, you got 2-4 tanks.

Cool facts: read my post, the entire post - all of the post.

Hmmmm I did, I mean you got an assassin with only 3 damaging spells with no other effects to keep him as mobile. Seems what you say is how long it is taking to hit a form. If Kayn transforms on 5-10 mins of harass, that would be too fast and his early game would be so oppressive. There has to be more conditions, For example: like gaining 4 assists on a melee = transform or 2 kills on melee champ = transform, vice versa.

I was just checking because both of your posts didn't really have anything to do with the fact that Kayn feels like a waffle in a meat-market. It isn't that he takes too long, it's that the games are too short and you only get to use the Kayn transformation for a hot minute before the enemy team surrenders or you surrender. In like 7/8 Kayn games I've had less than 10 minutes to actually use him, before my team quit or the enemy team quit. Feels bad, when you're getting back handed by everybody and their mothers - and their grandmothers and kids - until you transform into a vicious killer . . . the climax of the anime is coming and boom.

Surrendered.

Fun, right? This isn't even considering the fact that the enemy team probably already has 3/4 of your base taken away and they've snowballed while you're weak.

Literally, to sum it up, the span of the game is too short to make Kayn any use. I don't generally like surrender at 15-20. Situationally good but not good. From 0-20. Of course, 12 min is too long for a 20 min game. Your complaint isn't with Kayn, rather how soggy turrets are, you technically finish faster. Towers need more durability, it's the only reason games finish fast. Also bad team = ffs 15 min mark.

Holy.

The post compares other champions to them and then states exactly what you just said, and I even explained why Kayn feels like dog-shit in this current meta.

You just stated the champs that are better than Kayn, you never did compare what hinders him. Because you said games are 20 mins long, it literally means that it's not the champ's fault for scaling so "long." I said turrets need buffs so games last longer. It's not the champs fault if your team quits at 20 min. It's like saying buff Nasus' Q to 5 per kill because the game is ending too fast at 20 min. To be reasonable, those champ you stated flat out turn invisible or can go in and out after. Kayn doesn't really have that mobility but the main problem could be his kit. It's not doing enough to be consistent for the first 12 or so min. Champs like Zed or etc assassins you stated instantly gains buff upon killing or leveling (Minus talon). Kayn is like that but with collecting 140 orbs. When he transforms, his kill potential skyrockets. I don't see anybody complain about Nasus and slow farming. Kayn is like that. Looked at your lost games and Kayn didn't seem like the problem... More like your team isn't farming so well or so...

Played a game as SA with Dark Harvest. I wasn't particularly great until I transformed, but at the 25-30 min mark, I was destroying people. Dark Harvest and Duskblade meant I could pretty much one shot people.

I also get the same thing, after I transform I am pretty much destroying people left and right - sort of like a birth right. But by that time, the games already over with or the enemy is so fed that you can't really do anything. Honestly, he has so much damage that I could even split off to other runes.

If Kayn transforms too fast it becomes problematic.
