Can we please have an option to prioritize quality over fast matches in normals?

I'd rather just not play League at all than sit through 20 minute games where one team has Gold/Silver players laned against Diamond+ players. They're a massive waste of time and not remotely fun.

I would gladly sit in a 15+ minute queue in order to get a game that at least has a chance of being good, rather than all of these one sided stomps that are obvious from the uneven teams.
