New Rank needs to be per Champion not Role.

Having Rank per Role is WAY to easily abused.

Having Rank per Champion is not.

I can be a Diamond Zed and a Wood Ziggs.

If I take Zed top or mid or Jungle I still play him at Diamond lvls (because I KNOW him) Ziggs I can take anywhere and still play him as Wood because its first time Ziggs.

You cant abuse Role by picking who you are great at and going to a Role you are new at.
