As predicted, the only champion to come out of this rework ahead was talon.

I think Rengar looks to be in a similar place. Katarina looks worse for sure because of no ward hopping and Talon looks way too strong imo. I assume Leblanc will be worse too.
I am not a Talon player, but Talon is clearly weaker in teamfights and laning phase. I believe Riot stated he was seriously underperforming right now and they are looking for places and ways to give him more power. His E ability is useless in lane and requires a ton of planning in order to use properly. He can go from one lane to another incredibly fast, but it is only one way so if he makes one wrong jump he is stranded with no way of escaping other than blowing his ult. His Q is interesting but the crit and AA Q AA is only useful if they engage on you, if not you pretty much have to Q at them. It is a Dash now too so its worse in every way. His W was a necessary change, but it does slow down his burst considerably and there is enough time for mobile ADC's like Lucian or Graves to dash out. Plus with the Slow only on the return it means if they get out of the second part he has no way of chasing or escaping (without blowing his ult). Invisibility is better now, thats for sure so he has that, but overall it seems like he is missing a lot of what made him strong. The E mechanic is fun as hell, but I don't like how it came at the cost of his blink.
