The Last Ballad1 votesDon't play Alistar, a tanky, short ranged, poke vulnerable support against the Queen of Poke then. Instead of shouting "OP! NERF!" to the uncaring heavens, adapt to the situation and pick a better support choice to lane against Zyra next time.

You can trade with her if you have a champion with longer range, say like Morgana, not Alistar. With Ali you just gotta stay back and heal, and wait for a gank to go in on her. Other than that, stay the hell back and run over her seeds.

And you NEED to build MR against Zyra, my Rune page/Mastery page gives me enough MR pen to ignore ~50% of an adc's/squishy supports MR. Add that to the 30 from Sorcerer's boots & Haunting Guse, and that is basically true damage.
