You could remove their mana pool, you wouldn't feel a difference. I'd really like to understand the reason behind it, of why mages got theirs nerfed to oblivion, but AD casters remain non-mana reliant
Pika Fox2 votesHave you played or seen anyone playing them? They have a lot of mana issues and often end up backing just because theyre low on mana.
And their mana costs are less of an issue because they have fewer options to buy into mana. Its not like lucians is gunna go AA into RoA where as mages can.

doesn't give any mana sustain,you can cast a few more speels and you runn OOM anyway
AP items should keep mana sustain and giving it on kills like old morello on top of level ups,then they could be compared

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesThe reason Morellonomicon got reworked was not because it was "get this and never run OOM", but "You can only get this to not run OOM as a mage unless you're one of four that can actually use Tear".
You're confusing the Morello rework with the changes to reduce mages' mana pools in late-game, which is far more recent.

goes oom using one Q then is usually forced to back - especially when he also doesn't deal any damage.
