Velzard of Koz1 votesShe doesn't. You do not hinder any of your actions, you just keep going but Invisible and spawn clone that runs other way.
As for Singed, I don't play him so don't know whether his fling doesn't work that way against all champions he targeted but go invisible before he starts animation. If it works that way for everyone it's consistent. If it works that way only with Neeko, it's a bug because once again, she doesn't do it Shaco-style.

ModAcademy Kayn3 votesIt's not meant to be completely full proof. If you know you're dealing with a Neeko, you should be seeing that homeguard run because it helps out in a really specific way. Reacting on visual stimuli alone (Neeko is there ATTAC) and taking a moment to pick apart the finer details is the counterplay to Neeko's trickery.

Lol I have a highlight saved from her release week. I was in blind in a mirror match. I used the clone to run back to my tower and I ran into river towards bot. I watched the other neeko flash ult the clone and stand there for a good 5 seconds; assuming in shock... I was dying laughing
