Is it true Top-lane Kindred is better?

no.

Played against ADC Kindred. Was good for lane I even lost lane but crap otherwise after that. You cant stack damage from camps as you are stuck laning, only kills. I feel like her utility in the jungle and having actual laners that are built for that kind of thing for team fighting is better than Kindred in any lane.

shes on free week, that means next patch she'll most likely be patched. If you've played long enough you'll start to see a bunch of "unsure" champs on free week so they can get stats on the champs lol

look at all the underpowered champs on free week, minus darius, but on higher levels of play darius is too slow to do anything most of them arent really played because they are weak ex : kindred :P

She can abuse melee champions. I don't like Kindred jungle very much - they mostly try to invade and kill the other jungler, if they don't succeed, they are often useless.

If you're playing a range champion at top, of course it's natural they can play there better. It's just a way of saying you suck so much as an ADC/Jungler that you wanted to make a free win at top instead.

Opinions, skill, luck, it's all in the cards

the problem with her jungling is her movement speed is so low thus resulting in her ganks being quite low successrate because her e which you rely on does not last long and has a short range coupled with her slow movement speed is a kind weak jungler

After playing kindred in every role (except support) my favorite has been top. My regular build was Bork then hurricane then frozen mallet. This way you get some more health and the slow with frozen mallet and hurricane gives you a good amount of peel for you and your adc in team fights if you position yourself near them
