Skarner should be nerfed

He gets played constantly in LCS, along with other no counterplay junglers like Trundle and Olaf. There's literally nothing Skarner can't do. He's an amazing duelist, he's a tank with godlike cc, and he has a ton of mobility. He has arguably the best cc in the game. Unlike other types of cc, he literally drags you into his backline while your cc'd. Along with the rest of his kit, Skarner's ult is simply way too strong in his current state. If it was just a suppression and nothing more I think he might be balanced, but in his current state there is zero counterplay other than "rush qss", the classic excuse for every broken champ.
