I Am So Tired Of Waiting In Long Queues Only To End Up With Second Role

I played 4 games tonight, 1st game I get forced into 2nd role (Got Support As Top / Fill), we lost. 2nd game -> main role that I picked, we won (Got Bot / Top) as .. oh gee imagine that. 3rd game -> system gives me 2nd role.. (Got Jungle as Top / Jung) we lost. 4th game -> 2ND ROLE AGAIN. (Got Jung as Top / Jung) Oh, lost again btw.

Please just stop. I waited for years on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th games... I don't enjoy waiting that long to get dumped into a "secondary" role.

I would rather the system TELL ME that it can't find my main role and ASK ME IF I WANT SECOND ROLE than just keep forcing me into roles that I am not wanting to play. I hate this system with a passion and I've just about completely quit playing League of Legends because of it.

I started off with roughly a 60% win rate on the account I've been using lately when I first began playing ranked on it. I got primary role consistently almost every single time. After some personal issues I decided to not use cable internet and only use my cell phone for internet which has caused me to have a lot more troubles playing (lag spikes, dc's, higher ping).

The more my win rate drops, the less and less I am getting my main choice for role and the more frustrating this game becomes (and before someone tells me "just switch your main to your secondary" no, that doesn't do anything. If I pick Jungle / Top instead of Top / Jungle, I'm still going to end up as the Jungler because Top is a more popular role).

Does the system REALLY use win rate to determine who should get what role? I am starting to come under the impression that it's definitely NOT random and it feels unfair.

On another note, no it's not that I cannot play other roles. I can play every role just fine. However mentally, if I am in the mood to play ADC and I pick ADC, I WANT TO ADC. I don't want to get thrown into Support just because that's my Secondary role. I don't want to get thrown into Jungle just because it's my Secondary role.. I want to ADC. I never used to have these problems but the lower my win rate gets the more and more I see it occurring and it really sucks. I am beginning to feel like I should just fill every single game because it feels like there isn't even a reason to pick a primary role anymore. The system is just going to put me in whatever role it thinks needs more players.
