Are Riot's servers wigging out?
Or is it just me, and, well everyone else in my matches?
I'm getting jumps in MS, and it's happening in way more games than it should.

I swear it's something. I've checked everything on my end, and I can't find anything. I'm hoping it really is something with their servers, and that this isn't a relatively isolated incident.
