You should try playing her on the PBE so you know her strengths/weaknesses. Being mobile to dodge her stun is definitely a plus.
If you're a top laner, I assume something like 
W or even 
might be good counters. Maybe even 
. And although she is mobile, she can still be kited if she doesn't have anything to dash to (maybe fight her when you don't have low hp minions.
