if above 3000hp barrier grows over 5 seconds, giving you 510 hit point @lvl18 defense.

or you could get maybe like 550 hit points in this format: you would see grey health grow over 5 seconds and press it again to trigger it again, or it automatically triggers if below 20% hp or once the 5 seconds is over.
