Ideas to help the top laners deal with range

Rework Doran's Shield. Make it melee only and give it back its flat auto-attack reduction, maybe make that vs ranged champs only. Only certain ADCs ever took this anyway, and they have Fleet and Lifesteal so I think they'll be fine

Buff Minion damage in the early game vs champions. It will largely be a wash when 2 melle fighters are going at each other but free auto harass would be punished harder. there is probably some champion that would become way stronger that hasn't occurred to me.

Top outer turret only gets a post-poke healing effect like Dorans shield, only activating if there are no enemy champs in turret range

Bring back the turret shields, but only in top first turret. It's weak, but regenerates quickly if there isnt an enemy champion in turret range.

More Reju Bead build paths so you can build more of them in lane

Give Second Wind increased healing on melee champs
Any other ideas? Nerf every range champ isn't exactly an option
