Rengar needs his heal to be a little stronger, it's honestly pathetic as hell right now
Bruiser Rengar would be a lot better if his heal healed at least 30-50 more health every level.

DrNova1 votesI think its fine considering Rengar is a Pretty strong damage dealing champ with a reasonable amount of toughness, with some good skills and burst and some invisiblility.
No reason to buff his heal. If his heal was respectable it would be time to nerf Rengar again. Leave the Kat alone
