Her kit is packed with insane abilities that I don't even need to mention because I assume everyone has already seen them. Old Irelia was just fine compared to this monstrosity and it just goes to show how Riot adds onto the pile of issues they already gave themselves.

The fact that she's so hard to kill while also able to get kills onto almost anyone with relative ease is extremely frustrating. Her stun is also annoying vs melee champs without much mobility because it's almost guaranteed.

Even if she is easy to beat, when someone doesn't beat her, it becomes a problem for the whole team moreso than most other champions. This can be true for other champions, but with someone like Irelia with so many defenses, it's hard to shut her down unlike another hard carry champion. Her ult has the same problem as her old E imo, forcing you to choose between two bad choices. Not saying she's unbeatable, but she's a terror when she gets ahead because of her defensive build path combined with her damage. I haven't played vs her with the hotfix yet though.
DW Diana1 votesIrelia is a fantastic rework. She IS balanced since the hotfix, and have several counters already. She's just NEW and people have yet to work out how to deal with her is all. Give it a few weeks and there will a dozen counters for her on youtube.
