Can we get banned for installing japanese voice client?

want to know if it's ok to install japanese voice clients so that we can play the game with japanese audio

I'm not entirely sure, but you can make as many changes to your client as you want, as long as it's in your client only. You can install custom skins to your client, for example, I know that for sure. I imagine you can do the same with voices. So no, I don't think you will get banned.

Cosmetic changes to how your game plays are perfectly fine. Mess with the code of how the game itself works, and you're looking at a EULA violation

that's a tad scary, can i even edit the language setting files on league client to load japanese audio or is that against the TOS too?

You won't get banned, don't let silly rumors or forum urban legends stop you. Riot doesn't care if you use custom skins or custom audio, or choose to play in a different language. Only things that actually effect other players of the game in some way, most especially things that give you an advantage, are actually a problem.

Yeah, you can basically do whatever you want so long as it doesn't affect how you and other players play the game. You can install a custom map skin (basically it changes Summoner's Rift or any other map of your choosing to a community-created map), a custom skin, etc..

I'm not entirely sure on Riot's stances about third-party software that tells you your stats, like your accuracy with skillshots, your average damage output, or any other forms of info the game doesn't already give you. While it'd be nice, I can't find any (because honestly I'd love to see my accuracy with Zed's Q).
