More like a mobile mage. The optimal way to play her now in a teamfight to WR to tag everyone with your passive, port back and press Q for big aoe damage. Use chain to peel someone off or get another passive proc because of two instances of damage.

LeBlanc is Assassin/Mage, Ahri Mage/Assassin. Makes perfect sense to me.
LeBlanc is now less of a generalist. She has a niché, and probably she is the assassin with the best waveclear.
