Even though I had a KDA of 14/4/14 and an S, I couldn't carry because of the amount of cc the other team had. This is ridiculous, I'm tired of this stuff Riot.

What are you looking for here?

First you're playing Vlad, he has no initiate and he's also slowed when channeling his E, if u can get in effectivly then you'll be fine. You're dmg is good, but teemo would honestly be better, cus atleast he has blind/slow and does dmg (don't play teemo either). Vlad has good dmg, but not enough engage/cc to matter. Imo ur better off mid/top rolling and annie every lane cus it seems ur annie is good and shes so versitile (nerf annie rito).

Advise from a silver 1 ;)

EDIT: Also "new" vlad can have all his abilities eaten by tanks, ripperoo. Its just pad dmg at that point, would say play j4 cus he has tons of cc and utility and great engage. Or play malz/aniv/annie mid

I used to main Annie but realized she had way too many weaknesses built in her kit.

You think annie is weaker than vlad?

Trust me. Vlad brings very little to a teamfight, annie has a stun. I've seen people build annie beefy ap, straight ap, cdr and all seem to do fine. She is very versatile.
