Did anyone else notice Akali's combo doesn't work correctly? (maybe why her WinRate is collapsed)

What Im saying is when Akali does her combo {Q>R>Auto-attack} your Q moves so slow that you AA before the application meaning you actually have to AutoAttack again to proc Q making her combo {Q>R> AA>AA} just to proc Q once which is really badly hurting her damage output and making her just not do the damage nearly as smooth as others (also really frustrating to have 3 dashes and needing to use 2 just for 1 Q)

Before you could Q>R>AA>E to proc it so didn't matter that the AA didn't proc it since e always made up for it and was on a short CD to be available

but with the Nerf (justified, probably, maybe im not sure?) it messes up her combo a lot so..lets fix this.....

Mark of the Assassin: Missile speed doubled yeah that's it so whats it do?

  1. Fixes combo back to Q>R>AA
  2. MAYBE A SUPER SLIGHT Buff to her pre-6 since now it moves to last hit faster (she got rekted by not being able to proc q with e to be safer anyways)

anyone else agree this is a QoL change needing to be made?

Actually sudden realization that it has always been this way. She is fine. Thought I remembered waiting a small time window before going in.

After waking up and grabbing a beer I did my best thinking just Q>R>E.>aa pretty sure you will be getting your most damage out this way. "." refers to waiting a very short time while your q connects

The Q speed I believe is based on the assumption of an 800 range R; with the nerf to R the timings are now off. This was first brought up by Sayath on Reddit:

It has always been this way, as people have said before. I even remember reading guides before that specifically told you not to ult immediately after Qing, that you should wait the half second as it travels. If they waste an escape while it travels, back off and go in as soon as they get back in range, because your Q cd is way shorter than any escape cd.

Also I just thought of possibly something to fix this other then increasing Q speed not sure how solid it is but yeah

after Akali uses E her next AA has enhanced range by 75 for 3 seconds(like mord)

so this fixes the combo from Q>R>wait>AA to Q>R>E>AA

this Gives E a purpose in her combo again and also fills the time the Q takes to travel with E then giving her an slightly extended AA to get the Q proc off
