A team being 0-4 at 5 minutes should not snowball into a loss

Can we please have something done about this? I'm not sure how anyone on the balance team can think this is okay.

I just had one of these games where the jungle ganked the Fizz in my lane, forced the enemy mid to recall, and then went to bottom. I shoved my lane and followed. Enemy jungle counter-ganked, and both our jungle and support fucked up and forgot to use their summoners.

Triple kill for the enemy team. I arrive to hold the turret while Fizz returns to mid lane, and he now has an EXP advantage over me. I return to mid lane, Fizz hits 6 first, and I get 100 to 0'd under my turret. Enemy bottom lane also hits 6 first and dives our bottom lane. Bottom turret is lost, dragon is lost, and enemy team rotates to mid and takes my turret.

Two players making a mistake at 5 minutes snowballed into 3 kills, dragon, and two turrets.

Early kills need to be made less impactful, with games ending so quickly.

There are so many people that screw up their macro in late-game even in your elo. Go look at some LS videos on how to come back from behind.

When the enemy team is up 3k+ gold at 12 minutes, no, it's not. Especially when it's the ADC and assassins who have most of the gold.

With most mid match ups right now, being behind means you can be dived under your turret from 100% with no room for outplay. This makes it impossible to do any sort of catch up and puts all reliance on your jungle, who is likely also very behind.

For the love of god stop playing Vel'koz and pick up a midlaner who can RESPOND to a tower dive if that's your issue (looking at Annie, Galio, Kassadin, or your pocket pick Ahri). If you're going to play a champion with strong poke and high gankability, then you better expect to be ganked while you poke away your enemy.

Also, Vel'koz has good wave clear. If you're behind you should try to shove out a lane and roam to bot or top to help snowball other lanes. If an enemy team with an 4-0 lead will inevitably get a 3k gold lead in another 7 minutes, then you guys had to have made even more mistakes. That isn't just them capitalizing on their lead; that is them punishing your mistakes even further. If you prevent mistakes then their lead will stall and you can turn the game around in teamfights (where a well-timed Vel-koz ult could destroy a whole team).

Also, time for you to take a break from ranked. You're tilted, just look at your op.gg performance for the last week on your main.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Please get good before posting advice. Being dived when you're level 5 and the enemy is level 6 is generally unavoidable; the best you can do is leave the lane and give up your tower, which also contributes to snowballing. Being dived when you're at a disadvantage doesn't mean you made a mistake.

This happens in 4/5 of my losses. The difference here is that I'm playing an assassin, so I can actually get kills on fed champions.

A team being 0-4 at 5 minutes doesn't necessary snowball into a loss... People getting demoralized by it, on the other hand...
