Connecting to the LAN server on NA?

This may be the dumbest thing someone has ever read if you know a thing or two about this sorta of stuff, but I don't, so is it possible for me to play on NA, while being connected to the LAN server on Miami? I live in North Carolina, and last time I played on LAN I think I got around 25 ping, which would just be nice compared to the 45-55 ping I get on NA. I don't want to play on LAN, because I personally need to be able to understand what people are saying, and I lost the account information for an account that I may or may not have bought. Please feel free to call me an idiot if this is in no way, shape, or form possible.
