Time to Address Jhin

Why does nobody ever talk about how strong Jhin is? Every complaint on these Boards are about Kai'sa, Jax, items Jhin abuses, etc. But they're never directly to Jhin. Is that what it takes to make him get nerfed? I've never really been shit on by a Jhin like I have a Kai'sa, but almost every time I play him it's insanely easy to carry.

He has good cc, pick potential, insane mobility, range, high ass damage, % health damage, and some more range. He's been the same since the Crit rework 4 months ago. If I win lane I can easily 1v2 the enemy Bot, 1v1 most people, and only get stronger into late game.

I'm not posting this off tilt, this is just the truth and what I thought every time I shat on a poor Ashe that has been weak for 3 years.

Bruh I've been complaining for weeks, Riot stated on the last dev corner's post that "they're going to address it" which took like 4 patches to acknowledge it

I get it but it’s the rune and stormrazer that has brought him to what he is right now. If you look last time Jhin was buffed was in February. But he didn’t become what he is today until those two things were tweaked. So maybe tweak stormrazor not jhin.

With that being said they’ll probably just nerf his movement speed and crit % into AD.

He can barely use his cc midfight, without proper positioning, thinking ahead and his W is a skillshot. Same range as most other adcs. Pick potential and damage, yes. If you're playing against a good Jhin, don't try to trade when has his 4 up. Punish him after he uses it on minions and reloads. (Most don't know they can reset the timer by dealing/recieving damage or casting spells) For mobility, he gets it as soon as he has Stormrazor. Don't let him get there easily. If he's behind, don't underestimate him after SR + RFC, he can come back with that easily.

Yea he's strong rn, but it is mainly bc of SR and hail of blades. Before their release he was pretty balanced.

Well you could always dive him with a LB who could insta kill and blink back.. or a jax who with no armor item can make past 180 armor no problem but i mean its only jhin that needs the nerf amiright who let alone can shoot 4 times before having to wait a bit unlike EVERYOTHER ADC but graves [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Ehhh I think, like most people say, it's mainly item 3095 that's an issue. Combine that with hail of blades and Jhin's passive, he gains a little too much free power.

Aside from that I actually think he's in a decent place, especially compared to other overbearing champs we're currently dealing with.

Jhin's whole concept is obnoxious and unbalanceable. And besides Stormrazor being broken on him, Isn't Jhin literally the only champion (ab)using Hail of Blades and probably keeping it bad on everyone else like Ezreal does with items? Or am I wrong about that?

I mean to be fair really the issue is stormrazer its so fucking broken that all ad's that buy the thing get this wonky power spike at one item that should not be anywhere close to how strong they should be. Now why not remove/nerf it? Well the game as a whole is so overtuned with damage and tank stats that if they do that the only rageblade carrys will be a thing. Really everything just needs tuned down......and its sad that a jhin main(myself) does think he is too strong.
